Vouchers that have been altered in any way will not be accepted. Bookings must be made directly with Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley’s reservations team – quote voucher number when booking & present it on arrival.
The voucher holder is responsible for ensuring the preferred date and booking prior to arrival at the resort to guarantee an appointment.
